Our rules for AI in creative work.
The creative industry has good reasons to be wary of AI. These are the rules we build by, written into every contract.
The craft stays human
We automate setup, admin, versioning and logistics. Ideas, taste and final calls belong to your people.
Your work never trains a model
Client work and unreleased assets are only processed under zero-retention terms and are never used for training.
Consent for every voice and likeness
No voice or face is cloned without signed, scoped consent from the artist. Everything generated is labelled.
You own everything
Scripts, plugins, workflows and prompts live in your accounts. There's no lock-in and no black box.
Built for embargoes and NDAs.
Unreleased campaigns, unannounced products and confidential footage are normal in this industry. We design for them from day one.
Private by design
Runs in your cloud, on your NAS or in an isolated tenant. Embargoed jobs can be kept fully on-premise.
Per-client access
Each client's assets stay separate, with role-based permissions, SSO and watermarked previews.
Full audit trail
Every automated action is logged: what ran, on which file and why. It's ready for client security questionnaires.
The details.
How much of our team's time do you need?
Around 3–4 hours across the audit, plus a 30-minute demo each week during the build. We work around deadlines and shoot days.
What is "shadow mode"?
The pipeline runs alongside your team on real jobs without delivering anything. We compare its output with what your team made, and only switch it on once it meets the quality bar you set.
Will it break when Adobe updates?
App updates are part of what we monitor. On a Partner retainer we test new versions of Premiere, After Effects, Figma and Resolve before your team upgrades.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every build includes 30 days of hypercare. After that, most studios move to an Automation Partner retainer for monitoring and new pipelines.
