1. Services Provided

N°98 Studio offers content creation, design, animation, development support, and related creative services. All deliverables are created based on the agreed project scope and proposal.

2. User Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, feedback, and materials required for the project.

  • Review and approve work in a timely manner.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of shared credentials, assets, or accounts.

  • Ensure all content provided is legally owned or licensed.

Delays in providing information or approvals may affect timelines.

3. Payments

Payments are due as per the contract terms. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees. All fees are non-refundable unless specified in your agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of deliverables transfers upon full payment.

  • N°98 Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

  • Source files are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the contract.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Clients may not use our services or deliverables for:

  • Illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.

  • Reselling or redistributing our intellectual property without permission.

  • Misleading, defamatory, or unethical purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

N°98 Studio is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Losses resulting from delays caused by incomplete client inputs.

  • Issues arising from third-party platforms or tools used during the project.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

  • Payments are not made on time.

  • The client breaches these terms.

  • The working relationship becomes unproductive or harmful.

Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

8. Amendments

N°98 Studio may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
