AI automation for the creative industry

Automate everything but the idea.

N98 Studio builds AI agents and production pipelines for agencies and studios, and for companies that make their creative work in-house. We cover everything from brief intake to final delivery, so your creatives spend their hours on the craft and not on the admin around it.

Who we work with

Two kinds of creative teams, one goal.

For agencies & studios

You sell creative work. We protect your margin.

Creative and ad agencies, design and branding studios, and post, VFX and motion houses. We automate intake, production pipelines, feedback rounds and delivery, so more of your hours become billable craft.

For in-house creative teams

Your company makes its own creative. We multiply your team.

Brand, marketing and content teams inside retail, D2C, fintech, FMCG, SaaS and more. We automate the request desk, brand-safe self-serve and campaign rollouts, so one small team can serve every department.

The problem

Every studio has the same problem: brilliant people buried in admin. We give the admin to machines and give the hours back to the craft.

What we build

AI for the work around the work.

Briefs, folders, versions, captions, approvals, timesheets, asset hunts. We automate the repetitive layer of creative production, and the creative decisions stay with your people.

Creative ops agents

An AI producer's assistant that handles intake, job setup, status updates, client chasers and timesheets. It runs across Slack, email and your project tool.

Production pipelines

Resizing, versioning, captions, selects and render-to-delivery, automated inside the apps your team already uses.

PremiereAEFigma

Asset intelligence

Find any shot, file or frame by describing it. Auto-tagging, smart search and usage-rights tracking across your archive.

Review & approvals

Client feedback from Frame.io, Figma and email summarised into clear task lists, with automatic reminders for overdue approvals.

Localise & repurpose

One master turned into every market and format: subtitles, consented AI voiceover and social cutdowns.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Something else on your mind? Talk to us.

Will AI replace our creatives?

No, and we won't build anything that tries to. We automate the work around the craft, like setup, admin, versioning, logging and chasing. The ideas, taste and final calls stay with your people.

Do you generate creative work with AI?

Only where you want it, for things like rough storyboards, placeholder VO or concept moodboards. We use commercially licensed models only, and nothing generated goes to a client without a person signing it off.

Can you work inside Adobe, Figma and Resolve?

Yes. We build scripts, panels and plugins for Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma and DaVinci Resolve, and connect them to Frame.io, Drive, Dropbox and your project tool.

What about client confidentiality and embargoes?

Automations run in your own accounts or a private cloud. We sign your NDAs, never train models on client work, and keep embargoed assets out of any third-party service you haven't approved.

Who do you work with?

Creative and ad agencies, design and branding studios, post-production, VFX and motion houses, production companies, publishers and in-house brand content teams, usually 5–300 people.

How fast will we see results?

Most studios have their first pipeline running on live jobs within 14 days of kickoff.
